love of art.

I adore people who have a talent for art.
Perhaps its something that I do not have, that's why I find people who design & draw well very attractive.
... like all they need is a pen and a piece of scrap paper and they can turn that piece of about-to-be-recycled paper into something amazing.

I must say, I was pretty much blown away the first time I visited my boss's home. It's like a ... castle of a modern cinderella, with class. Some house with interior designs that you feel like it would only appear in movies, like 'It's Complicated', or ' Sex and the City'. I had several sleep overs, and whenever I woke up, there were always a nice and big breakfast waiting for me in the garden, after that I could go for a swim or chill... I wish I'd never left...

JESUS! so artsy, so purdyy!! It's so w-o-w, especially knowing she designed, decorated and selected every single piece of the furniture/items in the house. She's also an artist, which painted all of the art pieces displayed in her house! I'm speechless... she's my new idol!!

& its also my new dream house.
what do you guys think?

ps: oh, I'm going to Barcelona tomorrow with my bf to celebrate his birthday. So excited!!

New Hair and Shoe Haul :)

it's been raining in shanghai for almost 2 weeks now. holy shit. it's been kind of ridiculous. 

also, my boyfriend got into a school in beijing and he's going to accept it :) i'm so happyyyy. need to start looking for jobs in beijing. asap.

so i dyed my hair the other day. it used to be 3 really awkward colors... burgundy, brown and black. so obviously something had to be done. so yesterday, i finally decided/had time to do something about it :) it's kind of... unconventional i suppose. lookieeeee!!! (one camera photo and a photobooth one ;P)

ok so it's still kind of purple at the top and it's green/gray on the bottom :P really wanted to have a darker green or a lighter gray... but i didn't want to damage my hair too much.

and the other day, at work... i had to look for shoes for one of the projects we're working on. this is probably one of the few things i like about china... cheap shoes! all three pairs for no more than USD50. jeremy scott imitations :) umg... love. if anyone ever stops by shanghai, 七浦路/qi pu road (also known as "cheap" road) is the place to go for really affordable clothes, shoes and accessories.
